Terms of Service

1. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. By law, we cannot proceed with notarization if the signer cannot be properly identified.

2. Booking & Travel Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee ranges from $50 to $60 depending on the service type and travel distance. This fee is applied toward your total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the $50 booking fee.

No-Shows: If the signer is not present or lacks proper ID at the time of the appointment, it will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For RON sessions, signers must have a device with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and must pass the automated Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) required by state law.
