Welcome to Express Notarize & Consulting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and consultations. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services & Disclaimers
Express Notarize & Consulting provides mobile and remote online notarizations (RON), certified loan signing, business entity formation assistance, credit repair strategies, and real estate guidance.
Not Legal or Financial Advice: We are not a law firm, and our consultants are not attorneys or Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Our business setup, EIN registration, and document filing services are strictly administrative and educational. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Real Estate Services: All real estate sales and advisory services are conducted in compliance with Iowa state real estate regulations.
2. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
To provide our services effectively, we rely on the information you provide.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all corporate filings, notarizations, and credit profiles.
For notary services, you must present valid, unexpired, government-issued identification. If a notarization cannot be completed due to invalid ID, failure to appear, or refusal to sign, standard travel and booking fees will still apply.
3. Credit Repair & Consulting Terms
In accordance with federal regulations, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or a specific increase in your credit score.
Our credit repair and points advisory services involve analyzing your profile and providing strategic recommendations. The ultimate success of these strategies depends on your ongoing financial habits, creditor responses, and credit bureau reporting.
4. Communications & SMS Policy
By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Express Notarize & Consulting regarding your appointments, service updates, and account status.
Text Messaging: You may receive SMS messages for appointment reminders or document requests. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments: Payment for services, consultations, or mobile travel fees is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as outlined in your specific service agreement.
Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any consultation, mobile notary, or loan signing appointment.
Refunds: State filing fees, EIN registration costs, and completed mobile travel fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Iowa law, Express Notarize & Consulting, its owner, and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to rejected state filings, delayed real estate closings due to third parties, or changes in credit scores.
